Successivamente riceverai il preventivo personalizzato sulla base di dimensioni e soggetto. 

Certamente, puoi inviare una mail a ordini@epic-rugs.com con tutti i dettagli o specificarlo all’interno delle campo note del form nella pagina Custom Rugs 

Le tempistiche di produzione sono di 3-4 settimane, variabili a seconda della complessità del lavoro.
Queste ti verranno indicate all’interno del tuo preventivo personalizzato.

I tempi di spedizione degli articoli presenti su epic-rugs.com sono indicati all’interno di ogni scheda prodotto.

Gli articoli presenti presso il nostro magazzino vengono spediti generalmente entro 72h dall’ordine per l’Italia, 5-7 giorni nel resto del mondo.

Il reso di un prodotto è possibile entro 14 giorni dall’avvenuta consegna inviando una PEC a shop@epic-rugs.com, specificando numero d’ordine e articolo/i da restituire. Entro 48h riceverai una mail dal nostro staff con le istruzioni per il reso.

Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione di un articolo, che dovrà rientrare integro e ben imballato, sono a tuo carico.
